THTS delivers turnkey interior fit-out and bespoke joinery across six sectors — restaurants and F&B, retail shops and showrooms, offices and corporate headquarters, hotels, and healthcare — plus commercial kitchen equipment supply, installation and maintenance.
Our practice brings design, engineering and on-site execution together under one accountable team. Since 1998 we have specialised in the hospitality industry, and the discipline that comes with it: kitchens that have to work at full service, interiors that have to survive it, and opening dates that cannot move.
We are Canadian-owned with our operations hub in Riyadh, a joinery and design base in Dubai, a design studio in Beirut and a head office in Toronto — which is why our documentation, safety and warranty standards read like a North American contractor's while our delivery speed reads like a Gulf one.
Most importantly, our delivery teams live in the Kingdom. Project managers, site supervisors, installation crews and maintenance engineers are Saudi-based and reachable on Saudi numbers — this is not a company that flies in for the handover.
Our history
Three countries, one continuous company.
Beirut, Lebanon
Our journey began with the concept of a food & beverage total solution company — starting with the Sheraton Hotel in Beirut.
Dubai, UAE
The adventure moved to Dubai, extending our services into the UAE market and the developer-led fit-out standards that shaped how we work.
Toronto, Canada
We brought over twenty years of GCC experience to the North American market — and the documentation and safety standards that came back with it.
Today our operations hub for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is in Riyadh, with a joinery and design base in Dubai.

Restaurants and commercial kitchens are the specialism. Retail shops, showrooms, offices, hotels and clinics are the same drawings, the same factory and the same site crews applied to a different brief.

Our people are in the Kingdom.
Riyadh is the operations hub. Project management, site supervision, joinery and kitchen installation and maintenance response are all run from inside Saudi Arabia by people who live here.
