Aftercare · AMC · Rapid response
The contractor that stays after the opening.
Planned preventive maintenance, emergency breakdown response and interior refurbishment — so the kitchen keeps producing and the restaurant keeps looking like the day it opened.
Why it matters
A closed kitchen costs more than a maintenance contract.
A failed walk-in on a Thursday night, a blocked grease duct flagged by Civil Defence, an extraction fan that trips at full service — each one costs a day's revenue, and some cost the licence.
We built our maintenance division because we kept being called back to fix other contractors' handovers. Now it is a core service: planned visits, real asset registers, held spare parts and engineers who already know your equipment because in many cases they installed it.
Contract scope
What an AMC with THTS covers.
Preventive Visits
Scheduled inspections on a defined frequency per asset class, with a signed report and photographic record after every visit.

Cooking Equipment
Burner and thermostat calibration, gas safety checks, element and gasket replacement, combi descaling and door alignment.
Extraction & Grease Ducts
Filter cleaning, canopy degreasing, duct deep clean to certificate standard, fan servicing and airflow rebalancing.
Warewashing & Water
Descaling, dosing calibration, water softener and RO servicing, pump and seal replacement.
Interior & Joinery
Timber touch-up and refinishing, hardware and hinge replacement, upholstery repair, surface and stone care, lamp replacement.
Emergency Response
Priority call-out for line-stopping failures with an SLA-defined response window and held spares for your critical assets.
Asset Register & Reporting
Full equipment register with serials, warranty status, service history and lifecycle replacement planning per branch.
Compliance Documentation
Duct-cleaning certificates, gas safety records and service logs — the paperwork an inspector or auditor asks for.
Cover levels
Choose the depth of cover.
Essential
Quarterly preventive visits on kitchen equipment, filter and gasket replacement, priority breakdown rate. For single-site operators with newer kitchens.
Comprehensive
Monthly preventive visits, refrigeration and extraction included, SLA-backed response, held spare parts and quarterly condition reporting.
Total Care
Full kitchen and interior cover across multiple branches, dedicated account engineer, 24/7 response, duct-cleaning certification and lifecycle capex planning.
Every contract is priced from a site survey and asset register — not from a template.
Questions
Maintenance FAQs.
Do you maintain kitchens you did not install?
Yes. We start with a full condition survey and asset register, then propose a maintenance schedule and any remedial works needed to bring the kitchen back to a reliable baseline.
What response times do you offer?
Response SLAs are set in the contract by criticality. Line-stopping failures — cooking, refrigeration, extraction, warewashing — carry the fastest response tier, with priority parts held for your critical assets.
Can maintenance cover the interior as well as the kitchen?
Yes, and it should. Joinery touch-up and refinishing, upholstery repair, hardware replacement, stone and surface care and lighting replacement all sit within our aftercare scope.
Do you cover multiple branches under one contract?
Yes. Multi-site operators are covered under a single AMC across Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Khobar and other cities, with consolidated reporting per branch.
